Supporting Indonesian student’s employability
skills
Special
guest Gordon Scott,
Founding Director of Successful Graduate,
will join the third Queensland Hour: Indonesia Webinar to share his wealth of
knowledge, experience and insights into Successful Graduate’s exceptional
online employability training programs for students.
Through
its online platform, Successful Graduate provides courses that teach students
and graduates job readiness skills including how to write a job application,
preparing for an interview, building an online reputation and the keys to
networking. Additional courses cover internship preparation, soft skills
development, financial fitness, high school post graduation, applying for
part-time jobs while studying, and a newly introduced course on pre-departure
for international students. The courses are complemented by a series of blog
articles and podcast episodes covering key issues about
employability.
We welcome all attendees especially from career centres, student recruitment teams, academic supervisors for work experience or internship placement and alumni functions at universities, polytechnics and high schools (including SMK/vocational), companies with online learning platforms that could potentially partner with Successful Graduate to deliver employability solutions and education agents.
This
webinar will take the form of an informal panel discussion. The language used
will be primarily English with Indonesian commentary and Q&A
support by the facilitator Irma
Irsyad, Principal Business Development Manager, Trade and Investment Queensland
–
Indonesia. You must register to attend this event.
